The basics for using this site and booking a chair.
Bookings
Please arrive on time. If you're running more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule. Free to cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your slot from the link in your confirmation email.
Shop orders
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is dispatched within 2 working days. Collection orders are held for 14 days. Faulty items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else which cannot be limited by law.
