Who we are

What we collect and why

• Bookings: name, email, phone, chosen service, barber, date/time and any notes — used solely to schedule and confirm your appointment and to send reminders.
• Shop orders: name, email, phone, delivery address (delivery only) and order details — used to fulfil your order and send confirmations. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Account (optional): if you create one, your email and login timestamps to let you manage your bookings.
• Technical: basic server logs (IP, browser) for security and to keep the site running.

Lawful basis

Contract (to deliver the booking or order), legitimate interests (to operate and secure the site), and consent for optional communications.

How long we keep it

• Booking records: 24 months after the appointment for service history.
• Order records: 6 years, as required by UK accounting law.
• Account data: for as long as your account is open; deleted on request.

Who we share it with

Only the processors we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email) and our hosting/database provider. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us or call the shop.
